• Botanical name is Erythrina (er-ith-RY-nuh) crista-galli. Other common names are Cry Baby, Cockspur, Fireman's Cap Tree, Brazilian  Coral Tree. Local name is Krista galli. Thrives well in Lahore. (USDA hardiness Zone 9a- 11). Belongs to Papillionaceae family.
