Syzygium cumini
- Botanical name is Syzygium cumini. Common names are Java Plum and Jambolan Plum. local name is Jaman or Jammu. Cultivated widely in Lahore and in orchards too (USA Hardiness Zon 10). Has food and medicinal value. Belongs to Myrtaceae family.
