Brahea (bra-HE-ah) armata (ah-MAH-tah) Palm.

An attractive palm specially when young. Award of Garden Merit from RHS- Royal Horticulture Society. Tolerates poor dry soil. No serious disease or pest attack. Slow growth, flowers in two decades. Showy and evergreen. Adds a beautiful accent to any garden landscape. Low maintenance. US hardiness Zone- (9 - 11).





Maxican blue palm-  Blue green fan shaped fronds of 5 ft in length.

Blue hesper palm- 20- 40 feet high and 12- 25 feet wide.


Blue fan palm- No pruning is needed. 


Sweet brahea- Extremely resistant to sun and strong winds.

Propagation- By seeds at high temperature in four months.
