- Botanical name is Quisqualis (kwis-KWAL-iss) indica (IN-dee-Ka). Common name is Rangoon creeper. Local name is jhumka bail as of its drooping clusters of flowers. A well sighted climber in Lahore. (USA hardiness Zone 10a- 11). Belongs to Combrataceae family.
